For most of us, the kitchen is the beating heart of the home, the place were food is cooked and eaten, where kids do their homework, where family rushes in and out and guests linger to talk and drink and sample what you’re making. Given the chance to remodel our kitchens, we’d long for the pristine countertops and gleaming appliances, but we also want all the little things that make working in the kitchen easier.
